My wife Mary Pat and I moved to Creston Rd in 1997. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors.

We landscaped our yard in 2005. We are now in the process of removing much of what we planted then, and redesigning the landscape to support of much more fire-resistant design.

It give us much grief to remove trees and shrubs that we love. At the same time, we just did not know enough the first time around to do a good job with wildfire-resilient landscaping. We are very optimistic that we will create, this time around, a beautiful yard and one that will allow our house to survive an ember fire.
